Dstv Multi Choice , Pep Stores, Dealz N1 NIGHTMARE

On Pep's website they have a promotion running on Dstv Hd decorder(promotion includes installation and 1 month compact for free). Firstly it took 2 days to find a Pep store in Cape Town that actually had stock of this promo. After contacting 8 stores within surrounding areas it became clear that this item was very popular. I contacted Pep Head office without any luck as the service there is just as pathetic. Eventually I contacted Dealz N1 city (which falls under the Pep brand)enquiring whether this promotion is available through them as well. Yes sure mam' they say. I made my way to Dealz first thing this morning and got my decorder. Contacted Dstv Multi choice, whereby an installer was send to me. Somewhere, somehow something was wrong with the decorder I purchased, resulting in me going back to Dealz for a replacement decorder. Replacement decoder is working fine however according to Lorato at Multi Choice this decorder does not have the promo of 1 month free compact view??? According to her I need to go back to Dealz(for the 3rd time) to get another decorder that is registered for this promo....or else I need to make my first payment tomorrow! I refuse to do so. These people should all take responsibility now, all of them. Firstly Pep Stores, for advertising this promotion while Dstv Multi choice is unaware of such (Lorato had no idea what I was talking about, don't think she actually cared much though) secondly Dealz N1, please people know your products and promotions (as I confirmed multiple times with staff members whether this promotion applies) and then of course Multi choice DSTV...Lorato has no way of speaking to clients, she should not be allowed to operate a telephone if she is not willing to LISTEN to what you have to say. DSTV I have send my proof of purchase to the provided email address, please ensure that this matter is resolved soonest as I paid for what was advertised and I am not willing to pay any additional charges. Communication between Pep stores and Dstv Multi choice is clearly the issue here and it's not fair this should be done at my expense.
