DSTV installer partnered with PEP

I went to pep store yesterday to do a purchase for a DSTV ful installation I was given a card of a person I need to call.I called Nathi who asked that I send him my address he will get someone for me who stays around soweto till now after sending my address he has not contacted me for any feedback. And I am not happy with this service if one pays for full installation the lady that assisted me told its 2 days and its my second day I have no had anyone call me when I call Nathi he rejects my calls this is no way to do business or even treat customers. I need my DSTV installation done today I have work tomorrow and no is around during the week for this.
