DSTV HD Decoder

I have recently purchased a DSTV and Installation package at Yarona Centre PepStore. Needless to say i was given a number on a piece of a paper for the installation guy for *me* to call. The person i called has been giving me the run arounds and my dstv is not installed even now. One would expect Pep to have a formalized way to deal with this matter of installation. I am rather taken back by the lack of formal routines, surely the store can use or even refer reputable installation people that would be of help in 24 hours. I am really saddened by this
