DSTV at PEP

<p>Good day </p> <p>I bought a DSTV on PEP stores on the. 02 September 2016 n they told me to sms they whose gonna come n install but he never came n I had to call him n said. He is gonna come on the day of 04 but never came on the 5th I called pep stores n reported the matter n they gave the other installers no n also said to me that these guys are like this n they are paying them. n also he did the same thing n I am using my airtime here every time so I don't know what to do.
