Dreadful PEP PAXI Delivery Service!!!

Your Paxi Courier service is the **********. My parcel was declared lost 2 days after it was dropped off in Wonderpark for delivery to Mmabatho. selectedd 5-7 Business Day Service.. I am told it got lost on route to Mmabatho due to a vehicle being hi-jacked and parcel ******. When I read the reviews on this product, people are complaining about losing their parcels and nobody is ever able to trace them similar to mine. You promised us Reliability on your website, is this what you meant? You re quick to offer people the pay out of R500 because what we lose as clients is far worth more than what you are willing to pay for. Nobody in store told me this is not insured, nor that a max clam is R500. I lost items worth R2500. Never again!!!! they should close this service down period!!!!!!
