Double Transection

<p>Yesterday I went to PEP 6412 in Krugersdorp President Square to buy few items costing R189.71. I payed using my debit card. I only swipe once abd entered my pin once and within minutes a transection went through. When I arrives at home another transection went through. I called PEP ( ********** 796) and spoke to the manager and the gentlemen requested to come back in order to sort it out, I refused as I was in Bloemfontein and I explain to him that I cannot fly back for that mistake. The gentlemen was extremely arrogant. My issue is not the money, but the principle behind were if they commit a mistake, why i should suffer their own mistakes. They double transect my account and they should account for, I must not do any effords to correct that as it is their own error. I want to advice other clients who buy at PEP in Krugersdorp, go there with cash! do not swipe your card.</p>
