Double Debitted my account

My husband and I went to buy home decor items at PeP store Wingtip Crossing in Montana Pretoria. As I was paying, they swiped my debit card and the transaction went through although there was not slip printed and the till didn't open to verify that.the cashier asked to swipe again as she was worried that there was a problem. I said to her that I hope that they don't double debit my account and she reassured me that it wouldn't. Next thing I know, my account was double debited. The manner in which the matter was handled by the staff at the store was disgusting, because they didn't know what to do and had to call the area manager who on her side didn't know how to handle the situation. They even refused us to leave with the products which we had paid for twice, forgetting that they owe us money. <br> We had left our home address with them and left with the products because the staff was even wasting our time and even intimidating us. When we got home, we got a call from the store, and a man claiming to be from the SAPS accused us of theft of clothes and demanded we return the clothes. They threatened to arrest me for theft but never pitched. Up until today, I haven't received my refund.
