Double debit at Pep

I went to make a purchase at Pep. I used my card to pay. The cashier said the payment did not go through.

So she did the transaction 3 times.

The money came out of my account three times.

I showed the cashier the messages from the bank of the money coming out three times.

She said that the money would be reversed.

This has not happened.

It is so inconsiderate. Some of us work on a budget and we need our money for our other expenses.

Im still waiting for my money to reverse.

I am very disappointed with the service. Upon browsing the internet I realized that many others have been affected by this.

Pep store needs to be considerate of their customers.

I dont see myself ever buying from there again.
