DONT USE PEP USE THE COURIER GUY

Well first time using Paxi and i have to say all the good things spoken about them are just a lie..... i will never use Paxi again they might be cheap but not reliable and unnecessary long delayed deliveries rude customer service agents that answer you in a sarcastic way.... told them to tell me where the parcel is as it says PKL hub JHB so i can send courier guy to collect who even though its domestic service if its local delivers sooner they refuse WTH man PAXI sucks ..... ill rather use The courier guy from now on
