Don't use Paxi courier service from Pep you will waste your money if they make a mistake. YOU will pay for THEIR mistakes!

Just received another call from Pep informing me now the parcel needs to wait until it is classified as a non-delivery and then be sent back. It will take another 14 days for my parcel to be sent back. The lady could not event pronounce Hartenbos or Langeberg Mall.... There is a serious language barrier. Take note!!! when you send something. Preferrably don't make use of Paxi. I have now paid them R93 to send my parcel to the wrong address and on top of it wait 14 days to get it back to me... and there will be no refund!!!!
