Don’t trust Pep and Paxi parcels

I have never in my life seen a company SO pathetic!!! I dropped of a parcel on the 9th of December. They asked me what types of courier I would like to use 7-9 days, 5-7 days, 3-5 days. I told them I want the 3-5 days delivery. They told me they only have the big bags which cost R109.95... what company is so unprepared for business! DISGUSTING!! I ended up paying R109.95 for the courier. And I had a SMALL parcel. Long story short - they took my parcelthe Sunday, 9th December, and the delivery should have been no later than Friday the 14th... I used th tracking number and saw that they haven’t even picked it up yet... WHAT A ****ING *******! I paid for a service I never received. PEOPLE, PLEASE DO NOT USE PEP... they are ripping you off!
