dont sell cellphones

Never will I ever buy a cell phone from Pep again. They sell faulty phones, and when you have a problem wait 2 weeks for repairs. who caused the problem? not myself. I purchased a cheap, yes but new devise. Why was I not told of this matter upon buying the damn thing. Otherwise I would not have bothered to buy it. On top of that, this was a gift to some one, whom is nowithout a phone for 2-3 weeks. This is terrible service, they should not be allowed to sell these items. I demand a refund
