DONT GO TO PEP RESERVOIR HILLS MALL PEP STORE

Good day, I'm really upset with the service I received from your peo store branch in Reservoir Hills Mall in Durban , kzn. Last year april I purchased a cellular telephone from that store. The phone gave me numerous problems within the 7 days of exchange. contacted the area manageress and she returned my money in full. The matter was over and I was happy as a customer.

On the 07th of October 2017, I went in to the same store to purchase another cellular. As soon as the manageress (indian lady) saw me she ran towards me and caused a scene infront of all the other customers. She screamed on top of her voice stating that ""aren't you the same customer we had a problem with and we cannot serve you again"". My friend that who was with me offered to purchase the phone for me on his behalf and the same indian lady went to the back and she said she had no stock of all the phones I wanted to purchase. I believe that she did that just to be mean towards me.

I'm really upset with the service I got. I was disgraced infront of all the customers in the shop. This is not how people should be treated. at the end of the day I am a customer. That indian lady is very rude and she needs to be disciplined and sent for customer service training. I don't think I will be able to go back to that mall as she really made me look bad. she did not serve me and she said I must go buy it from some where else. After being disgraced I left the shop and went to another branch.

I had to drive to another branch at westwood mall at my own cost to purchase a cellular phone. I went to westwood mall (pep) and I received excellent service from the staff at the store. I purchased a phone and I'm happy with it. I have no issues .

I will like pep directors and area managers to look into this matter. I want them to compensate me for bein humiliated and to compensate me for the fuel that I had to use to go to another branch because that store did not want to serve me.

This matter will be taken further if I don't get a speedy response.
