Don't disappoint loyal clients

Paid off my layby by yesterday, got home and one item is missing. While the layby was being rang another item was found to be missing. Little did I know the disapointment that awaits me. Called early today to inform them and advise I will collecting after my shift at 4pm. Got here, advised of my arrival and noone bothers to attend to me. Stood for almost 30 minutes. Very shocked, never experienced such service @Pep home festival mall. You can do better. Don't wait for such a drastic measure to act up. Not even an apology after the sheet is handed to me.
