DON'T BUY YOUR CELLPHONE AT PEP STORE (Avoid horrible service)

So I bought a cellphone at one of the PEP Stores in Govan Mbeki Avenue next to Shoprite. I am indeed disappointed when I returned a faulty phone the cashiers argued that there is nothing wrong with the phone. They didn't want me to exchange the phone because they were in a hurry to close the store. I told them I'll visit store if I am able to get free time. The lady who served me let me know that if I come with the same problem they won't make the exchange. I haven't even used the phone. I just made a call to a service provider when I got home the day I bought it an found the fault. I don't energy to argue, I just gave the phone away. It was cheap yes but no thanks that PEP store needs to get its workers in line.
