DONT BUY PHONES AT PEP

My aunt bought a phone from PEP in March, the phone had issues two weeks after she bought it, took it back for repairs, it would come back and it would have the same problem. She took the phone back 4 times now, The people and management at PEP Pier 14 in Port Elizabeth are inefficient, are not customer centric and simply do not care. My aunt and I would call ourselves or even go there to find about the phone. She took the phone back more than a month ago, and the phone is still at the Store and has not gone for repairs again. They refuse to give my aunt a refund or provide her with another phone of the same value. Its pathetic!
