DO NOT USE PEP PAXI COURIER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst courier service ever.!!!!!!!!!! You need to buy loads of airtime because the call agents put you on hold each time they need to contact the "courier company". No one calls you back for feedback...I sent a parcel at Melville Auckland park on 12June 2020. I chose the 5-9 working day option....still no delivery to date...can they please give us the warehouse address so that we may fetch the parcel ourselves and deliver it ourselves because they clearly don't know what they are doing...I will never ever ever use this company again....The level of incompetence is shocking
