DO NOT BUY MOBILE PHONES FROM PEP!

We bought 2 x Nokia 105 mobile phones from Pep Elspark on 15/01/2024. Both phones were tested. As these were bought for work, phones could not been issued immediately. When phones were supposed to be issued in May, 1 off the phones were not charging. Even if chargers have been changed, didn't switch on. On 23/05/2024 phone were take back to Pep Elspark for repair. Repair ID: ***A41B. Lady advised repair will take one month. On 27th of June, was advised phone has not been received. Also, Pep will not call me as there is no landline. I will have to come in to the branch regular. On the 18th of July I went to the branch again, was advised the phone has not been received. Yesterday, 7th of August, I went to the branch again. Was advised that that the phone has not been received and that they will not be able to follow up on the repair. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! WORSE EXPERIENCE FROM PEP EVER - DO NOT BUY MOBILE PHONES FROM PEP!!!!!!!!!!!!
