Distressed

I went shopping during lunch break, in store I checked my cellphone(Samsung s4)for time so that I don't exceed lunch time.I put the phone in my jacket pocket& proceeded to shop.While in the small isle the staff member bumped into me I remember being amazed and moved out of the way so that she can pass properly.Later I needed to check the time only to find my jacket pocket wide open slightly torn and empty.My phone was ******. To my disbelief they had no cameras,only at the tills.Two staff members at the tills commented on how the phones are ****** in store,meaning it's a trend and no one is doing anything about it.What's sad is that one comes to shop and spend money while cellphones are ****** from customers pockets.Crime is happening instore and no one is doing anything about it. I was so disturbed and only did half the shopping I wanted to do and spent R600.00 It breaks my heart and is very upsetting to lose my phone this way. My husband went back later to the store to enquire and was only told of how the other customer lost his Iphone instore as well and that they couldn't help him. It still amazes me how casual the staff reacts to the whole matter. I'm highly upset.
