Dissatisfied customer

Good day im leaving yet another complain of an encounter with Helen she works for sky city pep cell, who is always giving me a hard time when it comes to sending parcels for me , on the 9th of July 2024 she refused to assist with me sending a body butter, her Regional manager was Thabile. Today 4th June im sending gifts to Kuruman w****d in small boxes, they checked and still refused to send the gifts. They wanted me to open a sealed box im sending to a friend so that they see whats inside, she said i must report her again. Her attitude is disgusting to say the least, the was a guy next to me who came with parcels already packed in paxi plastics, they were not opened. She said i must not compare myself to a customer that came directly to her, nw i had to stand in a long queue at another pep because Hellen refused to help me
