Dissatisfied customer

I got a dinner set as a present. No slip. When I open it instead of 4 cups it's 3 n 2 their handles are broken.. Store manager refused to assist n refer me to Andile. Who came back with 2 cups from the back but said without the slip they can't help. But the Barcode is in the box.
