Dissatisfaction With Customer Service at PEP STORES SOPHIATOWN

The Hostility I receive at Pep Sophiatown from the supervisor and one other cashier is totally unacceptable, I always do Paxi deliveries, but the store supervisor has this unfriendly face and down talk as if she doesn't want to Paxi my parcel, She is always telling me it's going to break or something malicious, She saw that I'm sending two blenders to Cape Town and the box is secured but it is a glass jug, after putting the parcel in the large bag, she maliciously mishandled my parcel when scanning it, banging it on the counter, I mean I'm paying for a service not begging her for anything, I expect them to handle all my parcels with care, and seeing that they know the sensitivity of the content, they can at least put a note on it, "to handle with care". But I'd love to commend A cashier by the name Patience, She is the best, always has a cordial facial expression, customer friendly, best customer service, tells me not to worry about the safety of my parcel, goes the extra mile to ensure that not only me, but all customers are satisfied, if I had a choice, she should be the SOPHIATOWN PEP STORE supervisor.
