Dissapointing

My name is Phumzile from Boksburg. AS A regular Elspark Roraima centre pep store customer. I would like to bring my terrible discriminatory experience I received at your store this morning. I am clearly aware and respect Corvid 19 social distancing and hygien that we have to abide by, which is why I always wear my mask and I carry my own 70% alcohol hand sanitiser when I'm out for my essential shopping.

The reason I carry my own sanitiser is I am fully aware of the ingredients which is important for my sensitive skin.

After standing on the queuu for sometime I was rudely turn away by a gentlemen controlling access at your Pep store Elspark Boksburg Roraima store. I showed him my own sanitizer. As a results I have to leave Pep stores to go buy my essential at a Clicks across the parking where my sanitiser explanation was well understood and accepted without any issue.

AS A LOYAL PEP CUSTOMER. I WOULD LOVE THIS GENTLEMENT TO BE TRAINED FURTHER BECAUSE THIS IS ONLY PEP STORE WE'RE SUCH ******** WAS DISPLAYED.

So disappointed. Kindly resolve as I am waiting for feedback
