Dissapointed

I bought 2 mobicel berry phones at Pep stores Grassy Park. I was not impressed with the way they handled my issue. The manager made us wait for more than 20min and had to live without assistance. All i want is to change the mobicells as i am not happy with them. One phone not been usesd as yet and al i wan is to get a better phone n return the mobicel but they say its past the 7 days and cannot take them back. The slip does say i am eligible for a refund or exchange but not even 1 staff member was willing to assist
