Dissapointed

Bought a router at their outlet in Uitenhage which was advertised that i will receive 15G data when i got home and connected the sim card no data received. Went back to the shop was told to contact Telkom as its a Telkom deal i called Telkom customer care they had no idea what i was talking about and i handed yhe phone over to yhe sales assistant.She then said she will contact her branch manager and get back to me with a response as she is also unaware of what has happened. Its over a week now no feedback went back to the store today with my own petrol only to find out the sales lady is off and she never handed over to anyone.Im so dissapointed feel like returning the router aswell.
