DISRESPEVLCTED AT PEP OUDTSHOORN

On 17th May 2020 at 09:25 am I visit PEP Oudtshoorn clothing store in high street...I received bad costumer service and hard words were given to me that shock me as a customer wanting to buy winter stock for nephew... The lady approach me very rudely by saying the following words'lady I can remove you from the store'to me as a customer I was shock because the approach was in so many ways wrong!!! I didn't know that as a customer my nephew was not allowed to fit clothes...I told her that she could have told me that 'sorry lady fitting is not allowed and not just approach me by telling me she can tell me to leave the store...I asked her where in the shop did they state the regulations..I asked her why she didn't tell me when I entered the shop because she was the one taking our temperature and sanitizing our hand,her words to me was she was tired of telling people...what kind of customer service is that!!!!!?
