Disrespectful service

Avoid Pep stores in Claremont especially teller Lunae! I wanted to return a purchase and unfortunately did not have a slip but could show my proof of purchase through my banking app. She said "oh my god" really loudly and called the supervisor who then proceeded to tell me she had to go through all the purchases from the date of my purchase.. won't be supporting PEP again.
