Disrespectful rudest and unacceptable service in Pep store Mamelodi Denlyn Branch

I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I went to Pep Mamelodi Denlyn on the 27th and was pushing my groceries that I bought from Shoprite. Most items were not in the plastic bags because I was going to put them in the car boot. As I entered the store this person was standing at the door didn't even bother to greet me, she just said the trolley is not allowed in the store. I said to her I can't leave it at the door as I was having a lot of valuables so I am okey if she can search it when I leave the store. Without listening to my concerns she just kept on saying rudely the trolley is not allowed. Annoying as I was I kept on moving and this other one saw I was approaching the till podium she just stood in front of me and blocked my road. Their names are Ziphora and Nokuthula. They don't belong in retail. I am a paying customer and not a *****. Does Pep teach their staff to disrespect customers or to treat customers as their bread and butter. Or is it because it is in the township. If action is not taken against these two people I am gonna knock until the last CEO door. I will never be disrespected like that while I am a paying customer. I demand that the Regional Manager call me not the store manager because that is the reflection of his/her leadership style and acceptable standard in that store
