***********, disrespectful PEP employee

We experienced the worst experience ever today at Pep at Cresta Mall! We were made to feel like ********s by Cynthia who is a worker at Cresta. We bought items at Pep home and after we went to Pep store. There was no one at the door so we weren't aware how the proceedings work when you go into the shop. We didn't find any of the things we were looking for so we left, we were a good 20 metres from the shop and shouted for us to come back which was done in a very rude manner. We went and she started questioning us about the stuff we bought at PEP home, so we showed her the slip after showing her she proceeded to rudely tell us that next time we must leave our stuff in the parcel counter which is not clearly labeled and there was no one at the door to even tell us this. The disrespect and incompetence we received from a PEP employee, Cynthia is very disheartening and I hope no one will ever have to deal with her disgusting behavior.
