Disrespectful, extremely rude supervisor - Pep cell

I visited pep cell in kenilworth center yesterday to have my charging cable exchanged as it wasn't holding properly on my phone. Upon arrival I explained the problem to the cashier who then checked the cable and acknowledged the problem. As she had no authority to give me another to replace the one with a problem she then asked her supervisor to do an assessment and authorize the swap. The supervisor by the name Farwaaz came out of the back office and was extremely rude. I'm totally disgusted by such kind of behaviour. We don't spend our monies in these shops in return to be treated with such disrespect. She clearly has no idea what proper customer service is all about. I will never visit that shop again.
