Disrespectful cashiers

So day before yesterday went to Pep store to make a laybye when I got there they told me the system that I was helped in jammed because of a laybye I then moved to another till then the lady refused to assist me she told me straight that she won't assist me because even her system will jam I ask her how sure is she she said not sure but she thinks it will, tjoooo I have never seen such a disrespect the lady that helped me at first started laughing when I was talking to the manager imagine 1st being refused to be assisted then secondly you're a joke. Such a disgrace you're hiring people who don't value customers says a lot about the company
