Disrespectful and rude cashier!!

I went to redeem a vodapay voucher at the Jewel City Pep clothing store and what a shockingly poor service I got from the cahsier!!! First I greted and she ignored me while laughing with her colleagues, then when I asked to redeem a voucher she asked for my ID I then told her I do not have it because the instructions on the voucher do not state that I need to have my ID she then said "haike sisi islungu siyasho kahle la ukuthi scan ID"!! When I tried showing her the terms and conditions of the voucher she looked the other way and totally ignored me until I left the till!!! I'm still shocked at the service, are these the kind of people Pep employs to work with PEOPLE daily??? I have never been so disrespected in my life and I need the person involved to be taken accountable!
