Disrespectful and rude Agent at Pep cell The Avenues springs

I went to send my Paxi parcels as per usual because I'm running an e-commerce business, I send out parcels daily and the Agents that are working there already know of my products, I wrap my parcels securely before sending them out, I went to pep today 22 January 2024 to send my parcels and I was assisted by the lady called Ntokozo at Pep Cell The Avenues in Springs , she was rude, disrespectful and she was also yelling at me, I made her aware of what kind of products that I'm sending and I'm aware of the Paxi rules as I have been using Paxi for more than 3 years, she insisted on opening my parcels which I don't mind but she couldn't pack back and wrap the parcel securely as I did, which is a problem if my parcel gets damaged, I told her to secure it properly she refused and she was yelling at me, which is so unexceptable, it took here the whole 30 minutes just to send Paxi because she was busy having chats with her colleagues and took her time working slowly while I was waiting, she even told me that she doesn't need that job I can go ahead and report her. I asked for the supervisor she said she is the supervisor. She needs proper customer service training and I would like to get Detailed feedback regarding her refresher training on customer service because she really need it.
