Disrespect by Pep Nelspruit plaza staff

I went to pep store in Nelspruit plaza and I was helped my cashier by the name of Comfort by the way i saw the name on the receipt, she was so rude to me I bought the color bubbles 4 of them and I gave her R100 and she told me she doesn’t have a change , so I told her I only have the money I gave her and after that she opened her drawer and gave me a change, then I asked her were did she get the change because she told me that she doesn’t have and thats were the problem started, I didn’t not ask for a manager because all of her staff have attitude not in uniform standards because not even one has a name badge.

When I come in another lady was mopping the floor unfortunately I passed were she mopped I didn’t see and she screamed at me as if am not a customer and she keeps on screaming to other customers and I adviced her to go get a caution sign so that we can see and she told me that signage or not signage we must look were we go .

Am so disappointed because when we go to the store we expect to get good service not the staff to shout at us.

If anyone call me please send me and email first so that I can advice on what time she get call me cause I need those people to apologize because I felt disrespected even if I bought since worth R30 , I always spend more money at pep.
