Disrespect and horrible service

PEP Store sho 11 kanyamazane shopping center. One of your employees named Sibusiso had an encounter with my father an elderly man who was almost 70 of age this guy was disrespecting him and completely refused to assist him in withdrawing a Capitec cash send I was on the phone with him to try and guide him through the process but I could hear the nonsese this guy was telling my father, it is such a disgusting thing to experience your employees fail to recognize people who need service yet the see people who they can abuse this is unaccessible and for the fact that when I asked for the manager he told my father to ask for him himself I am apualed.
