Dishonest and rude staff

On the 10th of March I went to Pep Cell in steelpoort which is a 15km drive from my house, to have my sim card RICA done. I was helped by MATSHIDISO who, when I gave the starter pack to which had not even been opened told me she won’t RICA it becoz it was bought a week prior to when I managed to get to town with my additional details. I then had to purchase a new starter pack once again. I gave her my license, as my ID is missing and she waved it saying she can’t use this... I told her I don’t have my ID but the ID number is on my lisence and it forms as proof of identity. She then put it down and said “I won’t use this I want barcode....” so I said she can type the ID number manually to which she rudely cashed the till round up as if she was preparing to help the next customer. I then used my brother in laws ID book and proof of residence and gave it to her to RICA the starter pack on his details. I reached home another 15km back, just to insert the sim card to get a message from VODACOM saying that my sim card was never registered for RICA and that I need to RICA it before I can use it. Is this how pep deals with customers... a 30km trip wasted so that one spiteful lady doesn’t do what she gets paid for to start with and never did the RICA...?
