DISGUSTING TREATMENT FROM PEP MANGER

Hi.. I would lay a complaint about the extremely and unacceptable bad service I received from the Manger at Pep clothing store in Vincent; East London today. I went in to do an exchange, ,unfortunately I did not know that hand sanitizer blackened a till slip. So yes Mine was completely blackened by the hand sanitizer which accidentally leaked out in my handbag When I got to the cashier and gave her my slip, I explained to her why it looked the way it did. Claire the "mamageress" was standing right behind her. She then grabbed the slip from the cashier and with a hell of an attitude she told me that she cannot see the what is on the slip. Which was quite obvious due to the sanitizer that has spoilt it. Still having a shifty attitude towards me she then agreed to exchange the item for something else of the exact amount because she is not giving me any money. I had a balance of about R5 and told her it's OK I'm willing to forfeit it. Now she started raising her voice screaming, telling me that she said she's not giving me any money and her system won't allow the remaining balance to be forfeted. By this point all the other customers around was looking at me being "yelled" at like a two year old. I said ok let me go see for something to make up the exact amount. I then asked her what her issue was and why is she so aggressive towards me almost as if she could eat me up alive. When I returned with the other items she had already told the cashier to cancel the transaction and was standing with my plastic packet . She told me she's no longer helping me, I must take my plastic and get out of her store. When I refused she threatened to call the security to remove me I them took my packet and told her I will report her She yelled out "ja go ahead man, my name is Claire " For the many years I've shopped at Pep stores have I not once come across such rudeness and disrespect from a manager. What a disgrace. Clearly she has no customer service etiquette and should be sorted out for her behavior because who knows if I'm the only one I hope this matter gets sorted out properly. I personally expect an apology from her for the disrespect. Thank you for taking the time to read this..
