disgusting staff behavior

The service at this store is absolutely disgusting and the manger Zandile is rude and condones the bad behavior of the staff. the tills only have one staff every-time while she sits around with her hands in her jackets - i am forced to use this pep as it is the only one in my area - i use pep paxi as i run a business. its messy and needs to be resolved ASAP. this is a formal complaint
