Disgusting staff attitude

I am so disgusted by Pep at Nkomo village, I got there at 17:45 while its stated that it closes at 18:00 pm , the doors we already closed I stood by the doors while the staff was cleaning no one attended to me, so when I started taking pictures at around 17:50 one of the staff members asked why am I taking pictures I mentioned that because I am shocked that its not even 6:00 pm but the doors are already closed and no one is willing to assist me and that I am talking pictures because I am going to report them, she started arguing with me and embarrassing me infront of other people instead of assisting me,one sbv man also tried to intervene explaining that why am I not assisted cause its not yet 6:00 pm and why is she arguing with a customer because the customer is always right, I am heavily pregnant this honestly cost so much distress on me I am honestly dissapointed and frustrated I went to Pep hoping to be assisted instead I got insulted, if something happens to me and my baby I swear I am going to hold them accountable because I only went there to get assisted instead I got insulted,I told them I am going to take this matter futher she said she does not care I can do whatever ever. I even went to clicks which also closes at 6:00 pm but the doors were still open and I was rightfully assisted.
