Disgusting service with PEP

I think it is most disgusting how an exchange won't be done without a slip.... I wasn't asking for money back but for a straight swop.. This is the only company that won't assist me like this... This was bought as a gift (2 pairs of shoes) for my daughter.. how can I go to the person who bought it and say I need the slip how embarrassing... why are your cashiers not informing the clients upon purchasing yes it might be on the slip but who reads the slips what kind of money making business is this you are robbing the people and think it is most disturbing that a business can operate like this pathetic customer service
