Disgusting service recieved
on the 19 September I went to a Pep Cell Sesfikile square in Daveyton store to buy a pocket router which I managed to buy, a gentleman by the name of Jeffrey assisted me with a handset , it was a telkom network which came with 5 gig day and 5 gig night data valid for one month,I gave him my ID book to do the Rica, and after inserting the SIM card inside the router the network light was red instead of green so he told me it will take a few minutes then everything will be fine,I went into another store to get some groceries still the network was still red I went back to the pep store and explained to him my situation which he wasn't too happy about because of the attitude that he was giving me, I had to wait for almost an hour for him to try and find out why the SIM card was not allowing to RICA, a lady by the name of Esther stepped in and phoned the contact centre for assistance which she was told I must wait for the Rica within 48 hours..
I then wen back to the sore gain after three days of which still I waited for almost an hour and they could not assist me they told me that they needed to get authorisation from someone higher for them to give me a new SIM card and data.
I went back again for the third time on a Saturday for which I was told that Jeffrey had already gone home which he had said I must come on a Saturday. I then spoke to Esther gave her my receipts for the router which she promised she will get it sorted because I was having a router without a SIM card for which I bought for R700. She said that she will call me regarding a way forward because they were still waiting feedback from management to authorise the new SIM card and the data.
October 21st which has been over a month ago and this issue is still not resolved I have not been contacted since last week Monday by Jeffrey.
This is absolutely unacceptable because I am a customer who paid so much for a device that is incomplete and I am not getting any assistance
