Disgusting service received
On the 20th of July at 16H55 Send lots of parcel to different address. Human error happens most of the time. The other parcel supposed to be to Umtata instead provided limpopo address fortunately was still at store they advised me to come back the following day to re route to the correct address of which they did. Monday the 24th i called the call center after receiving the sms stating the initial address spoke to Amanda telling her the reason of my call instead of listening as its a s**** needed in the call centre environment because clients call using their limited airtime. I was giving her my service number and she told me that she is unable to assist as her system was down even explained the reasons and i forced her ti take my details down and also requested call back from her. She never contacted me. I called back 2 hours luckily found her again, first question asked was is your system working confirm yes and reminded why she did not revert back to me, her answer she was on lunch meaning people at that call centre agent (Amanda) is in her comfort zone or being part of the furniture for so long. If that's the case then we are not feeling valued.
On the 28 June 2019 16H40 Thandeka was very rude and ***********. Asking me who provided the first initial address to be delivered to the address instead of solving the matter e even refused to escalate the process to her manager . Its not their fault why my customer is delayed to receive the item sent via the pepstore courier services. I am self employed trying to make a living by selling goods and services. I wonder if she is a Saint no human error committed in her life.
She is told me that the parcel will be delivered by Tuesday 02 June 2019 or Wednesday
I know when saff members are getting basic salary its good however most employees tend to fold hands and not willing to go extra miles. I need my refund back cause ended up not receiving the best service paid for.
