Disgusting service Pep Home Store, Watercrest Mall, KZN

Good day,

I would like to say how disgusted I am in Pepstore Home at Watercrest Mall. I went to send a parcel via the Paxi parcel service, which I have done successfully at this store before. The lady was totally disinterested in assisting me. She said she could not send the parcel without the store number and that her manager was not there. She had no interest in trying to assist me and told me to go to the Pep Clothing store at Watercrest Mall. The staff there are friendly and polite, they had my parcel and details ready in 5 minutes without asking for the store number, only the store name (which I had given to the lady at the Pep Home branch). It is disgraceful service and total lack of interest which chases customers away, I will never go to the Pep Home again(by the way, I was a very loyal customer there) and I will certainly tell my family and friends about the disgraceful service, as well as put it on all my social media groups, as I do not see why other people should have to endure this lack of interest and poor service.
