DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM PEP STORE OLIVENHOUTBOSCH

I was in pepstores the one in olivenhoutbosch next to shoprite yesterday around 17:50 to pay for my dstv as I had recently bought one from them and I was advised to pay at the store,when I get there around17:50 PM the doors were already closed and I knocked and the security guy at the door didn't wanted to let me in but the trading hours at the door said store is open from 9:00 AM TO 18:00 PM and he was very rude to me,he even mentioned to me that there are lot of places were I can pay my dstv account,now my worry is why are there any trading hours by the door if ever the store is not trading according to them.i have bought a new decoder with them for 600 cash and it was hardly for a week then I get such a disgusting service.
