Disgusting service from pep store code 6340-06

I was disgusting by the service I got this morning from pep store in jhb near Pritchard. The is a lady there by the name of Thokozani who shouted at me like a little child whilst looking at school shirts. "Hey sisi, sisi you can't open those shirts we have shirts here on display" this lady lacks training and professionalism because why couldn't she come to me instead of shouting from all the way across the other side of the store. Customers were staring it was just humiliating.
