Disgusting Service from Pep Armadale!

PEP CELL ARMADALE REVOLTING SERVICE AGAIN!!!

This is the third time I’m complaining about this store and their SELF MADE store policies. Yesterday because they had numerous parcels I was told I should go back as they would not assist me. When I told MASEFAKO a consultant at the store that I bought the plastics at the very store the previous day she responded with the most disrespectful of attitudes saying regardless they couldn’t assist and I should have been told then. I asked if the AREA MANAGER was aware of this occurrence and in full confidence she responded YES. Immediately I took my phone and called the Paxi call Centre and Marcelino said that is unheard of and I should be assisted. I passed the phone over to them and only then was I and the customers who followed able to be assisted with our parcels. I’m a young black business woman so I do not brush bad service off I complain and escalate as a waste of my time is a waste of my clients time directly!

Why must a person make a phone call to the Paxi call Centre before she gets service from this store?

Why does this store continue to make their own policies which benefit them and not the pep customers who they were hired to serve?

Why does the area managers name (TSHEPO) keep popping up at every interaction yet I have not seen a response from him on the matters I have escalated?

Lastly, how many other customers were turned away before I actually arrived to put a stop to this revolting service from this store?

This week I have returned and Mzamani reiterated the same information, which means they clearly have no interest in assisting us the customers.
