Disgusting Service from NELLY

I was takeb aback by the service I received from Nelly at PEP, Mall of the North. I went to buy a cellphone, asked for help and the first this she rudely asked me was,"Le na le proof?"(Do you have proof of residence). I asked if it should be in hard copy and she said yes. She said I should print a bank statement and come back. I did so, went back to the shop about 10minutes later. I was the first one in queue, asked for the cellphone again, she asked which one(without even looking at me or the phone that I was pointing out) While I was waiting for her to engage me further,she called another customer who came after me and she started assisting him. She called for another staff members without telling her to assist me. I waiting for about 20minutes not knowing what was going on. When I signaled that I was still waiting, she told one lady "Etla o rekisetse batho ba phone"(come assist these people with a phone)-This was a rude way of addressing a customer that was kept waiting without any explanation. We proceeded to the lady and she helped us with a smile. We noticed that the gentleman that was being helled by Nelly did not have a hard copy. He only showed His phone to Nelly and she accepted it, while giggling and making unprofessional remarks. It was clear that she had no intention of finishing with tge gentleman as we even finished with our purchase while she giggled and played with her long artificial nails. We asked why she made us print a bank statement if we could have been assisted like the gentleman that she was seemingly so much more interested in than us. Bank statements cost money. I would like to believe that staff members' duty is to ensure that customers receive best experience regardless of such staff members personal flirtations. Nelly couldn't even care less about our concern. Instead, it was the lady that assisted us that had to apologize. I will think twice before going to *PEP MALL OF THE NORTH AGAIN*
