Disgusting Service Experienced

Sunday the 14 June 2020. Disgusting service experienced .I arrived at pep cell opposite Duns shop at 12H40 doors closed locked and an old man standing by the door pleading for assistance only to be told that the store closes at 12H30.I had to intervine acting like calling pep store call center.The lady who refused to tell her name confirmed that they close at 12H30 on Sundays as opposed to the time slots written by the door.I told her that I am contacting PAX company that's when she told me that the store doesn't have plastic bag for parcels and I advised her that I have already packaged my parcels,then her story changed to she can't do sales for other stores and should go back to the store I bought packaging as she can't assist. Opted to escort me to the store where I bought plastics for them to process refund,then she will be able to assist.

I would like to meet with the manager and the lady SAP as it is not the first time experiencing such service.pleading with the cashiers to handle customers with respect more especially in townships.they undervalue due to lazziness and disrespect.

I am self employed trying to survive by selling and sending parcels via pax you can even pull up through records.
