Disgusting service

On the 8th of May 2026 around about 14:00 in the afternoon,I visited pep in kensington.i went there to pay my son's phone fone yam.i did not have my reference with me as they called me while I was at work that his phone was off and needed to be paid.i once went to the shop I was assisted using my ID but this time the first cashier was so rude and annoyed told me that they do not have WiFi she can't go help me and while I was asking her what to do she just ignored me and continued with life and I was just standing there feeling stupid and embarassing and she was so friendly to other coloured customers,I had to leave the shop and go to spar to ask for help,shame the guys from spar were so helpful.i then went inside the shop to as for the WhatsApp number so that I can retrieve the reference,the cashier Yolanda just intentionally ignored me ,I asked her "can you please help me with the WhatsApp number for fone yam ,I now have WhatsApp"she responded very rudely saying hey lady stand on the side I am still busy.she continued with life and she kept on addressing me as"Hey lady" another lady passed and I rushed to her and asked for the number whome I assume is their manager.mind you I was on lunch and my lunch was almost over.i then went to Yolanda again to tell her that I have the reference number she said again"Lady I am busy can't you stand on the line" I joined the line again and when I got to her she said"Yes lady" and I gave her R250 and open the phone for her.she said and then why are you giving me this money I said I am paying,she said but you need to pay R229 why are you giving me extra.i said it's R250 you can just give me my change.the way these two cashiers were so rude and I left the store feeling heart broken and embarassed they were doing all this infront of the other customers or I do not know whether it's because I was the only Xhosa person in their store,because they way they assisted coloured people with passion it was so different with me it's like they were angry at me for something that I don't even know they were so rude in have never been that embarassed and humiliated as if I was not a paying customer their Customer service is so bad and disgusting.I will never ever go to any pep shop ever again if that's why their stuff is treating paying customers.
