Disgusting service

Have been twice to the Pep store in Westwood village, Boksburg and on both occasions have received the worst service ever. The 1st time there was no cashiers at the till, when I asked for assistance the lady clicked her tongue at me as if I was bothering her. The second time the cashier refused to help me although I was the only customer standing in line. I approached to withdraw money and she acted as if she didn't have any idea as to what I was telling her and refused to assist me and the whole was just looking outside the store. People like this should not be in positions like this if they cannot do their jobs.
